I need a company that helps those new to the industry
Kendle provides clinical development services to biopharmaceutical companies throughout the world. Our customers often dictate the level of experience they require for associates working on the trials that they outsource to us. For this reason, we’re often only able to hire associates with significant levels of experience. For example, a Clinical Research Associate at Kendle typically needs to have two years of prior site monitoring experience in order to be accepted by our customer.
Most Kendle positions in clinical operations have advanced skill requirements. However, Kendle is still a great place to transition your past experience into a new career.
Clinical Research Associate (CRA) positions are often sought after careers. But how can you break into this role? At Kendle there are a few ways to become a CRA. One is by being hired as a level I CRA (CRA I) and receiving the appropriate training through Kendle. We’re one of only a few CROs who have hired entry-level CRAs, but do not frequently or regularly hire entry-level CRAs due to fluctuation in business demands.
The second way that someone can break into a CRA role is by working in a clinical entry level position and being selected to participate in one of our internal CRA training programs. These programs are provided when we’re in a business environment to support the training. Clinical entry level positions include amongst others:
Project Assistant
Clinical Data Associate
Document Maintenance Specialist
Working in an entry-level position allows an associate who is new to the industry to gain the specific clinical knowledge that is sought by our customers and gives them an opportunity to evaluate other opportunities within the company. Kendle College offers many classes that can be taken by associates in order to increase their knowledge and allow them to move throughout the organization. Kendle is open to career advancement and frequently promotes from within
