Our Learning Management System includes a wide variety of interactive learning opportunities. This Internet-based system improves associate performance by effectively implementing learning opportunities that support business objectives. Kendle College provides associates and customers with both self-paced courses and live collaborative experiences – making them accessible anywhere, anytime.

In the US, we also offer a tuition reimbursement program giving our associates the opportunity to continue to develop their knowledge and expertise in an academic setting.
Opportunities for advancement
Kendle utilizes an internal posting process through which we encourage associates to pursue advancement opportunities within the organization. Our Human Resources department coordinates this program through communication to all associates as well as by offering individual coaching.
Succession plans are orchestrated between Human Resources and management to ensure the future success of Kendle. These plans also provide avenues for those associates who display interest and potential to advance within the management arena. The Human Resources department works with managers through the use of development plans to identify and grow our associates  |
