US Benefits

You are eligible to participate in Kendle's US benefit programs if you are a full or part time associate who works at least 24 hours per week. As a new associate, most of Kendle's benefit programs are effective on the first day of the month following employment.

Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
Associates have the opportunity to enroll in the company's group medical, dental and vision plans.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Associates can elect to enroll in a pre-tax health care, dependent care, and/or transportation spending account.

Short Term and Long Term Disability
This benefit provides associates with a portion of their base salary if they are required to be off work for an extended period of time as a result of injury or illness.

Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment
Company paid Group Life and Accidental Insurance is offered to each associate, as well as optional supplemental life and dependent life insurance.

401K Plan
Associates are eligible to enroll in Kendle's plan and receive annual matching contributions to the plan.

Personal Time Off (PTO)
Kendle provides generous personal paid time-off benefits, which include vacation, holidays, personal holidays, sick, bereavement, military and jury duty.
